한국의 대표적 주거 형태인 아파트는 고정화된 평면계획으로 만들어진 획일적이고 정형화된 공간을 가지므로, 다양해진 소비자의 요구를 충족시키지 못하는 문제점을 안고 있다. 최근 수요자위주로 주택시장이 변화함에 따라 건설사들은 차별화된 디자인을 선보이고 있으나 이들 역시 고정된 층고내에서 이루어지는 단편적인 평면의 변화로 인하여 큰 차이를 보이지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는??향후 한국의 아파트가 획일적인 공간 구성에서 탈피하고, 거주자의 다변적인 요구를 반영하는 융통성 있는 주거공간으로 변화하기 위해 평면적으로 뿐만 아니라, 단면적으로도 다양한 변화가 가능한 아파트의 단위주거 설계가 동시에 고려되는 입체적 계획기법을 수용하는 대안으로 층단형 계획기법을 제안하고자 한다. 한편 본 논문에서 제시되는 층단형아파트는 인터넷의 보급과 정보통신의 발달로 인하여 다양해진 거주자의 생활양식과 취미활동을 5가지 테마로??나누어 이를 수용할 수 있는 가변적 공간구성을 평면계획에 반영 하였다. 이를 위하여 테마별 공간의 수용성분석을 사용하였으며, 이 결과를 가변적 평면에 반영한 기본평면안의 대안을 도출하였다. |

This paper aims at proposing alternative apartment designs with the 'Stepped-level Planning Type' to improve the design of current Korean apartment housing. The proposed housing designs accommodate 5 variable thematic spaces accepting dwellers' various life style of modern times. In the process of adopting 5 different thematic spaces, 'Capacity Analysis' is critically used to study various horizontal and vertical factors of each space. The site of the stepped-level apartment housing proposed in this paper is a small-sized residential area located in KangNam, the southern part of Seoul. We propose a section package of two sectional units as a basic, and carry out support-design in consideration of the optimum space composition and the balance between sectional units in a section package. Also based on the capacity analysis of 5 different thematic spaces, this paper suggests alternative designs of each basic floor plan according to dweller's individual life style. |
