본 연구는 설계도면에 표현되어지는 정보를 구조, 시공, 설비 및 실내 마감재 지정에 활용하기 위한 방안으로 기존의 2차원적 작도에 의한 도면 작성이 아닌 건물구성 요소를 상세하게 정의할 수 있고 이를 활용할 수 있는 3차원 모델링을 제안한다. 모델링을 통한 결과로 설계도면 작성을 1차 목표 로 하고, 모델링 과정상 발생하는 정보를 구조해석 단계나 부재설계단계에서 도면을 통해 추출하여 input 해야 할 데이터를 데이터베이스를 통해 ?output 할 수 있게 하고, 바닥·보·복도, 철근배근도 등의 구조도면 자동작성, 물량 산출, 에너지 해석을 위해 경우에 따라 도면을 보고 입력해야 할 건물의 기하 정보(공간, 벽체, 창호 등)와 재료 등을 데이터베이스를 통해 output 할 수 있게 하여 타 건축분야에 활용하는 방안을 제시한다. 그러므로, 본 연구는 건물 모델링 범주에 해당하지 않는 조경이나 기계, 전기설비 등에 대한 부분들은 제외하고 건축물에 한정한다. |

In architecture, each project participant must maintain organic relationship with others. However, current practices are rather procedural and discrete than organic, which result in considerable inefficiencies. The cool-downs of Korean construction market also force the architects to be familiar with the new construction methods and systems.
This research mainly focuses on the pre-development stage of such systems, analysing relationships between the information of architectural design and other parts of construction information like structure, construction, environment, and so forth. The result of analysis can be organized into attributes of members in a physical building, which can be modeled in a 3D system. The resulting model can be used for automated generation of drawings, Bill of Materials, finite element meshes for structural analysis and energy analysis, etc. by extracting meaningful information from it.
Hence, the purpose of this research is to analysis the relationship among domain-specific information (e.g. structural engineering, construction detail, energy evaluation) that are represented in drawings, and to represent the attributes of the information relevantly so that they can be applied to each unit task that forms the whole project. Therefore, an object oriented methodology is introduced to compose design informations in three dimension, and expressing properties of building factors and materials, and to construct a database for computers to recognize architecture informations. |
