본 연구는 선행된 운영프로그램을 기반으로 공간죠닝을 시도한 미술관의 사례를 대상으로 그 미술관만이 가지고 있는 고유한 운영프로그램을 근거로 작성한 죠닝 방법을 분석하고자 한다. 이러한 분석 결과를 토대로 현재 차별성 없이 적용되는 국내의 죠닝 방법론에 관점의 다양성을 부여하는 한편 향후 미술관의 시설프로그램은 운영 및 활동프로그램에 근거하여 연구되어야함의 중요성을 재인식시키고자 한다. |

In Korea, Zoning theory is generally applied to divide entire museum space into 6 or 7 zone in respect of functional requirements during last ten years. As basic structure of this concept rise conflict between space taxonomy and recent social needs, direct application of this theory to many museums has caused to create similar space organization in korean museums.
Space zoning in museum require diverse analysis. Among them museum activity is one of the most critical criteria to approach to decision making of zoning.
In this paper, progressive concept in zoning is researched to focus on the case study, Carre d'art at Nime in France, which is based on museum activity program. This museum has two major functions. One is Center for the Contemporary Art and the other is Mediatheques. The museum space is devided into four activity zone such as Public Activity, Basic Activity, Coordinating Activity and Logistic Activity regarding the two main functions. After that facilities are positioned according their proper functions.
The purpose of this paper is to expand and to diversify zoning method through the case study. |
