본 연구는 뮤지엄의 모든 공간 중에서 최소한 뮤지엄에 상주하는 사람들에 의한 공간들을 대상으로 하였다. 즉 이들 공간들은 타 공간들에 비해 면적을 비교적 수월하게 산정할 수 있으리라 예측하였다. 이러한 연구의 바탕으로써 뮤지엄의 인원구성에 대한 연구이다. 본 연구는 문헌 및 현황조사를 통해 뮤지엄 인원구성의 현주소를 살펴보며, 뮤지엄 규모별 유형에 따라 인원구성의 틀을 제시하고자 한다. |

The paper is to suggest the total number of the staff for the estimating areas in the museum.
Employees of a museum are divided into 3 groups: Curators, general administors and facility managers. And as the scale of museums, museums are divided into 5 groups. ① > 40,000㎡(super large museum), ② 40,000㎡ - 8,000㎡(large museum), ③ 8,000㎡ - 4,500㎡(medium museum), ④ 4,500㎡ - 1,500㎡(small museum), ⑤ < 1,500㎡.(super small museum). The results are as follows.
When we suggest the total number of the staff as 5 groups of the scale of museums, ① super large museums have 120 of people or more, ② large museums have 60 - 120 of people, ③ medium museums have 30 - 60 of people, ④ small museums have 15 - 30 of people, ⑤ super small museums have 5 - 15 of people. |
