이 연구의 목적은 한국에서의 건축 아카이브 구축을 위한 기본적인 환경과 필요 조건에 대하여 검토하는 것이다. 건축 관련 기록물은 건축에서의 시대 변천, 특정 건축가의 구상이 발전해나가는 과정, 옛 건물의 복원 등을 연구하는 연구자들에게 매우 유용하고 가치 있는 자료이다. 그러므로 건축 관련 기록물을 수집, 정리, 보존하고 또 처분하는 작업은 명확한 원칙 하에 수행되어야 한다. 오늘날에는 인터넷의 이용과 디지털 매체 형태의 기록물을 수집 보존하는 문제가 건축 아카이브에 있어서의 새로운 문제로 대두되고 있다. 한국에서는 건축 관련 기록물의 가치에 대한 인식이 점차 확산되고 있으나. 국내에는 연구자를 위한 본격적인 건축 아카이브가 조성되어 있지 않다. 한국에서 건축 아카이브를 구성하기 위해서, 건축계의 부단한 노력이 요구된다. |

The purpose of this study is to investigate basic situation and requisite for the foundation and administration of architectural archives in Korea. Architectural records are very usful and valuable things for the researcher studying the change of times in architecture, the process of developing an architect's idea, the restoration of some old buildings, etc. Therefore, the acquisition, arrangement, conservation, and disposal of architectural records are carried out under definite principle. Today, the use of internet and the acquisition and conservation of digital media are the new problem of Architectural archive. In Korea, the recognition on the value of Architectural records is gradually spread, but there are no serious Architectural archives for the researcher. To construct Architectral archives in Korea, constant efforts of the academic circles and architectural community are required. |
