건설수요의 감소와 건설시장의 불확실성으로 인해 성공적인 프로젝트를 위해서 견적의 정확성은 그 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 본 연구는 국내 건설회사에서 실제 견적작업에서 발생되는 견적작업절차 및 견적작업조건에 대한 문제점을 도출하고 개산견적의 정확성에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하여 사업의 초기단계에서 개산견적의 정확성 향상시킬 수 있는 방안 제시를 목적으로 진행되었다.
본 연구를 통해 얻은 주요 결론들을 요약하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 개산견적의 중요성에 비추어 볼 때, 사업의 초기단계에서 사업범위기술서, 그리고 표준작업절차들은 중요한 견적기술이며, 둘째, 사업 초기단계에서 효과적인 견적관리를 위해서는 사업범위기술서, 표준작업절차서 등이 필요함에도 불구하고 건설회사들은 거의 사용하지 않고 있었으며, 셋째, 실제 견적작업을 개선하기 위해서는 사업범위기술서는 중요한 정보로서 제공될 수 있으므로 이에 대한 개선모델을 제시하였다. |

The accuracy of cost estimating is becoming important for cost management and a successful project, because of increasing uncertainty of construction market and decreasing construction order. The purpose of this research is to figure out a plan for improving the accuracy of early cost estimating based on the review of the actual work condition, work process and previous research and the problems of cost estimating work in Korea's construction company.
The major results of this study are summarized as follow :
First, The results of analysing importance index based on cost estimating skills which are usage of project scope description, usage of standard work procedure.
Secondly, But construction companies make little use of these, therefore it is require for them to make use effective management of estimate practices in early construction project phase. Thirdly, Thus, project scope description which provides important information of estimating is not only proposed, but also estimate practice process for improving estimate practice are proposed. We suggest project scope description and procedure model, effective cost estimating in domestic construction condition. |
