현재 건축설계단계에서 외벽의 선정과정은 발주자의 일방적인 요구와 경제성만을 지나치게 고려하여 외벽성능에 대한 반영의 미흡으로 인해 많은 문제점을 드러내고 있다.
외벽은 기능적인 성능과 심미적인 성능을 모두 가지고 있는 건물구성재료로서 합리적인 외벽선정의 과정을 위해서는 기능적인 성능과 심미적인 성능을 모두 고려하여 선정하여야 한다.
본 연구에서는 국내에서 그 사용빈도가 높은 6가지 외벽재료를 선정하여 각 재료의 정량적인 성능은 물론, 건물의 위치, 용도, 규모 및 외벽의 유형과의 관계를 정성적인 성능으로 구분하여 전문가 및 비전문가에게 설문조사를 실시하여 그 결과를 분석하여 합리적인 외벽선정을 위한 기초자료로 제시하였다.
금속재커튼월 재료인 알루미늄복합패널과 법랑패널이 정량적, 정성적 성능 모두를 만족시키는 재료로 분석되었고, 각 재료들은 각 정성적인 요소들의 변수에 따라 외벽재료의 적용에 다른 결과를 도출할 수 있었다. |

Recently, There are several probloms in choosing external walls materials of building design. Because a client choose a external wall without consideration about function but economical efficiency.
So it is a essential step that we must select a external wall with considering about quantitative, qualitative performance.
This study selected 6 materials for external walls those are very frequently used in Korea and analyzed results from research about quantitative, qualitative performance of each materials.
The materials for metal-curtain wall , which are aluminum pannel and porcelain enamel pannel were analyzed as things that are satisfactory for quantitative, qualitative performance, and each of them can derive different results from variable numbers each. |
