노인의 생물학적, 심리적, 그리고 사회적인 측면의 특성과 여러 가지 만성질환에 대비한 노인전문병원이 필요하지만, 현재 개원한 노인전문병원은 대부분이 일반환자를 대상으로 하는 병원의 공간형태를 보이고 있다. 또한 노인환자들은 의존도 정도에 따라 적절하게 분류된 공간 내에 입원하고 있지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 여러가지 치료프로그램이 운영되어지고 있지만 환자의 요구도와 간호 및 간병인의 행태를 충분히 이해하지 못한 채 공간을 구성한 경우가 매우 많아 환자와 환자의 일상생활 수행과 치료서비스를 보조하는 여러 간병인들의 어려움이 매우 큰 실정이다.
따라서, 본 연구는 병동에 거하는 노인환자의 간호와 간병이 용이한 병실의 배치와 노인전문병원에서 행하여지고 있는 치료과정에 적합한 병동부와 치료공간의 구성체계를 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. |

The purpose of this study is to provide a basic data for architectural planning on the wards and special quality of physical remedy spaces of geriatrics hospital. This research, to analyse dependency degree of inpatients in geriatric hospital, shows relativeness between remedy space and wards, and to show behavior of each patients reaction to there space.
Result of interviewed inpatients who were sorted by age, sex, dependency degree, and days in hospital, suitable space programming is to need for physical and mental state.
On the bases of survey and analysis, the basic data for planning and design the hospital for the elderly with dementia has been proposed. |
