The present paper deals with the two foreign architects, who desiged many buildings in Korea in 1910~1930's, based on the new-found materials in Japan. One is American evangelist-architect William Merrell Vories(1880~1964), who designed many buildings through his ary use, are in Korea. His wirks in Korea were mostly simplified Gothic Style and most excellent ones will be the builkings in Ewha Women's Uniwersity. |
