본 연구의 목적은 저층주거지의 지속가능한 개발을 위해 사회적 변화에 대응 가능한 ?향을제안하는데 있다. 따라서 산업구조 변화에 대응하여 자립적 주체가 되는 도시 형성의 필요성을확인하고, 도심의 산업시설와 공생하는 미래주거에 대해 분석한 후 저층주거지의 계획안을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 첫째, 서울 및 수도권의 산업시설에 대한 선행연구 및 현황을 분석하였다. 둘째, 국내외 도시산업시설과 관련된 공동주택에 대해 국내외 사례를 분석하였다. 셋째, 분석결과를반영하여 서울시 내 저층주거지 중 관악구 서림동에 산업 공생 주거 계획안을 적용하였다. 산업단지와 구분이 아닌 공존으로 자생적 시스템을 갖춘 저층주거지를 제안하며 물리적 개선이 된주거만 제공하는 것에서 나아가 거주민의 삶이 지속될 수 있는 도시의 새로운 산업공생 저층주거지를 제안하였다. |

The purpose is to propose a direction that respond to social changes for the sustainable development of low-rise residential areas. After confirming the necessity of forming a city that becomes an independent entity in response to changes in the industrial structure, and analyzing future housing that coexists with industrial facilities in the city, a plan for a low-rise residential area is proposed. For this study, first, prior research and status of industrial facilities in Seoul and the metropolitan area is analyzed. Second, domestic and foreign cases is analyzed for apartment houses related to urban industrial facilities. Third, reflecting the analysis results, an industrial symbiosis housing plan is applied to Seorim-dong, Gwanak-gu, Seoul. It propose a low-rise residential area with a self-sustaining system through coexistence, not separating it from an industrial complex, and proposed a new industrial low-rise residential area in the city where residents’ lives can continue, going beyond providing only physically improved housing. |
