본 연구는 한국의 공공기숙사 및 청년주거 유형이 다양하게 확산되고 있는 시점에서, 대학생 공공기숙사의 실태조사를 통해 공공기숙사 공급과 관리방안 구축에서의 개선방향을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 첫째, 한국의 대학생 공공기숙사의 등장배경과 현황을 분석하였고, 둘째, 정책의 변화와 문제점 도출하였다. 셋째, 서울시가 운영하는 대학생 공공기숙사를 중심으로 연구대상을 선정한 후 문헌조사와 현장조사를 진행하였다. 넷째, 사례 별 거주자 및 관리자 면담조사를 진행하였다. 마지막으로 이를 통해 개선 방향을 도출하였다. 향후 본 연구를 위한 공공기숙사의 공급 및 관리방안 구축에 반영되기를 기대한다. |

The purpose of this study is to derive the characteristics of the physical environment and the direction of improvement in terms of users through a survey of university student’s public dormitories at a time when the types of public dormitories and youth housing in Korea are spreading in various ways. To this end, first, the background and current status of the appearance of public dormitories for college students in Korea were analyzed, and second, policy changes and problems were derived. Third, after selecting the research subjects centering on the public dormitory for university students operated by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, literature surveys and field surveys were conducted. Fourth, interviews with residents and managers were conducted by case. Finally, the direction of improvement was derived through this. In the future, it is expected that the direction of community improvement and management operation plan considering the characteristics of residents of public dormitories for this study will be reflected. |
