본 연구의 목적은 도시재생사업 전후 공동체의식 변화와 영향요인을 분석하는 것이다. 실증연구로 총 262개의 설문지를 사용하여 다중회귀와 T-검정, 상관분석을 사용하였다. 연구 결과는 몇가지 특징을 드러냈다. 첫째, 사업의 진행과정에서는 프로그램사업의 선호도가 물리적 사업의 선호도보다 높았다. 둘째, 도시재생사업이 시행된 전후 공동체 의식 변화의 긍정적인 변화가 있었다. 셋째, 각 공동체의식의 각 요인들과 독립요인들간의 상관관계를 각각 도출하였고 그 내용의차이가 있었다. ‘넷째, 공동체의식 영역의 참여활동의지에 영향을 미치는 요인은 공유경제요인, 가로정비요인, 집수리지원요인이 공통적으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 지역애착 영역에서 지역사회에 대한 신뢰도를 높이기 위해서는 공유경제요인과 거점공간요인의 만족도를 높이는 것이 효과적이고 소속감을 강화하기 위해서는 지역명소화 요인의 만족도를 높이는 것이 효과적이다는 것을 알 수 있었다. |

This study aims to examine the changes in community and factors influencing the sense of community in the neighborhood though the urban regeneration projects. Also this study used multiple regression, correlation analysis and T-test by using 262 households questionnaire as an empirical study. The results are as follows. First, the residents are more satisfied with ‘program business projects than physical renewal projects. Second, the Sense of Place Community in the Neighborhood changed positive after the Urban Regeneration Projects. Third, We find out the relationship between the dependent factors of Community sense and the independent factors of urban regeneration projects. Fourth, the influential variables on the willingness to partipate with are ‘sharing economy projects’, ‘the street renewal projects’ and ‘Reparing the houses’. Last, we have to focus on ‘sharing economy projects’ and ‘the community facilities’ for consolidating the trust in community and on ‘the promotion of locality’ for strengthening the sense of belonging in the neigborhood. |
