The purpose of this study is to calculate the imbalance coefficient of the Urban Living Zone Park supply, a type of public service provided to improve the pleasant environment and quality of life of urban residents, and to analyze major factors affecting the supply gap of Urban Living Zone Park. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, first, in consideration of the characteristics of Urban Living Zone Park status of supply was examined among regions in 229 cities and counties based on three variables: per capita executed area of Urban Living Zone Park's, executed number of Urban Living Zone Park’s, and executed area of Urban Living Zone Park's. Second, The imbalance coefficient among regions of Urban Living Zone Park supply was calculated using the Gini coefficient and the Lorentz curve. Third, To identify the main factors affecting the supply gap of Urban Living Zone Park among regions, multiple regression analysis was performed considering 14 independent variables. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the imbalance in the supply of Urban Living Zone Park among regions was caused by socioeconomic factors of regions such as financial independence, Gross Regional Domestic Product, population growth ratio, housing development projects, and land price. |
