The purpose of this study is to analyze the current status of infrastructure in the district unit planning zone with priority release of the development restriction zone collective settlements in Daejeon City, and to present a plan for securing unexecuted infrastructure. As a result of an analysis of a total of 130 priority-release group settlements in the Daejeon City Development Restricted Area, the infrastructure rate of Daejeon City is 16.6%, which is lower than the average of 24.5%, and the non-execution rate of the determined infrastructure area is 47.8%, which is analyzed that securing measures are necessary. Therefore, as a way to secure infrastructure, first, use the provisions on subsidy support of the National Territory Planning Act, and secondly, it is a method of pursuing a project through a replotting method to create new housing and infrastructure. Third, there are system improvements such as revitalization of priority cancellation collective settlement development projects, fourth, gradual adjustment of use areas, and finally, the inclusion of mandatory area through revision of related laws such as the Urban Park Act. For these security measures, it is necessary to come up with a rational and more specific plan that takes into account the development conditions and status of individual settlements. |
