현재 스마트도시 사업의 가장 큰 문제점은 그 도시에서 살아왔고, 살아가고 있는 주민들에게 가장 중요한 요소인 도시의 맥락, 즉 도시와 지역이 가진 문화와 역사, 개성을 무시하고 통합된 시스템 체계 속으로 도시와 지역을 끼워 맞추는데 있다. 이는 현재 스마트도시 사업들이 일상의 많은 문제들을 해결하면서 삶의 질을 높이는 역할을 제대로 또는 전혀 수행하고 있지 못함을 시사하는 바이기도 하다. 이에 본 연구는 주민이 체감할 수 있는 스마트서비스를 발굴하고 제시 된 서비스에 대한 주민들의 인식을 분석하는데 초점을 맞추었다. 먼저 IPA를 활용하여 주민들 이 인식하고 필요로 하는 시설 및 환경을 분석하고, 사업 대상지 주변에 계획된 다양한 기회요 인들과 연계하여 도입 가능한 서비스를 선정하였다. 그리고 조건부 가치추정법을 이용하여 제시 된 서비스에 대해 주민들의 부여하는 가치(사회적 편익)를 추정하였다. 이론적 토대 위에서 주 민체감형 스마트서비스를 발굴하고 이를 통해 스마트지역재생을 위한 로드맵을 제시하였다는 점에서 본 연구의 의의가 있다. |

The biggest problem of the current Smart City project is that the project applies undifferentiated strategies and services to residents while ignoring the cultural and historical identity of the city. This implies that the current efforts of Smart City projects have not been sucessuful to improve the quality of life by solving many urban problems occurred in daily life. Therefore, this study focuses on identifying smart services that residents can experience and analyzing residents’ perceptions of proposed services. First, we used IPA to analyze the facilities and environment that residents truly feel necessity, and selected appropriate services based on the opportunities near the project site. And, by using the Contingent Valuation Method, we estimated the value (social benefit) of the service residents perceived. The main contribution of this study lies in (1) finding appropriate smart service residents need on the theoretical foundation, and (2) developing a road map for smart area regeneration. |
