본 연구는 한국과 중국의 아파트 평면에서 나타나는 계획요소와 공간구조의 특성 차이를 비교하여 그 차이점을 주생활 문화의 관점에서 규명하고자 하였다. 연구방법은 도면자료 분석과 공간구문분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 두 가지로 분류된다. 첫째로 공간구문분석에 의한 연구결과로서 평면계획 요소의 차이는 한국은 사적공간 중심이며 중국은 공적공간을 중심으로 평면과 공간을 계획하고 있었다. 식생활 문화의 차이로 거실(L)식사실(D)주방(K)의 공간구성방식에 상반된 차이를 보이고 있었으며 한국은 주방이, 중국은 식당이 단위세대의 중심적 공간으로 분석되었다. 한국아파트의 주방은 보조적 공간의 연계와 기능의 변화로 세대 내 중심적 공간으로 변화되고 있었다. 한편, 한국은 서비스공간을 중심으로 다양한 평면계획이 시도되고 있으며, 단위공간들이 독립적인 특성을 보였다. 둘째로 공간유형화의 결과에 따른 공간구조의 특성 차이로서 한국은 수평적 공간구조를 가지며 사적공간과 공적공간을 동등한 공간적 위계를 갖고 있었다. 반면, 중국은 수직적 공간구조를 가지며 위계적 공간배치 특성을 보였다. 공간심도는 중국이 한국보다 높았으며 중국 전통주거의 공간구성 방식이 현대 아파트주거에도 채택되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이상과 같이 한국과 중국은 동일 문화권으로 서구의 주거양식을 수용했다는 공통점이 있으나, 아파트 평면계획과 공간구조에는 차이를 갖는 것으로 조사되었다. |

This study aims to compare the different characteristics of design elements and spatial structures that appear in the floor plan of apartments in Korea and China. And its purpose lies in identifying the differences from the perspective of residential culture. Research methodologies are document analysis (architecture drawing of apartment unit plan) and space syntax analysis. Research results are classified into two categories. First, the difference in floor plan according to space syntax analysis, the Korea focus on private space while the China focus on public space in designing floor and space plan. In addition, two countries show differences in configuration of living room, dinning room, and kitchen due to their different food in cultures. The central space in a specific household is kitchen in Korea and the dining room in China. The kitchen in a Korean apartment has turned into the central space in a household due to the linkage of accessory spaces and functional changes. Meantime, the Korea tries various floor plans with a focus on service space while specific spaces are characteristically independent. Second, as for difference in floor plan according to Spatial type category, the Korea shows horizontal spatial structure with private and public space on an equal spatial status. In contrast, China shows a vertical spatial structure and its spatial arrangement which is hierarchical. Spatial depth is greater in China than in Korea. This study shows that the space arrangement from the traditional residence of China is adopted for modern apartments. This research shows that the Korea and the China has equally adopted both their own traditional residence and western residence, while demonstrating differences in the floor plans and spatial structure of apartments. |
