기억의 장소는 최근 역사학, 사회학은 물론 도시연구에서도 요중한 개념으로 등장하고 있다. 특히 도시를 미시적인 시선으로 해석하고 바라봄에 있어 유용한 방법이라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 내부자의 기억 속에 담겨진 기억의 장소를 찾고, 기억의 장소를 중심으로 형성된 장소성을 시각화하여 그 구조적 특성을 해석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 내부자인 입소체육인을 대상으로 개방형 인터뷰를 진행하였고 빈도분석과 의미연결망 분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 내부자들은 의미 있는 특정 장소를 중심으로 태릉선수촌을 회상하고 있었으며, 이중 출현빈도가 높은 장소들은 대상지의 상징성과 역사성과 관련이 있었다. 인터뷰대상자들은 태릉선수촌을 훈련의 장 이전에 ‘삶의 장소’로 인식하고 있었으며, 그 외 공식적 기록에 등장하지 않았던 불암산 훈련코스 등은 태릉선수촌의 진정성을 이해하는데 있어 중요한 장소로서 향후 보전가치가 높다 할 수 있었다. |

Place of memory is emerging as a new concept in the fields of history, sociology and neuroscience even urban studies. Especially, it is a useful method to understand urban landscapes through micro perspectives. The purpose of this study is to draw places of memory and sense of place in the Taereung National Sports Center. As for research methods, it conducted open interviews, frequency analysis and semantic network analysis. As results, interviewees explained the Taereung National Sports Center with 31 place words, which are related with symbolic meaning and historical value. With modularity analysis, the ordinary places group are more important than the other groups are. It means that insiders recall the Taereung National Sports Center as a place of life rather than as a place ot training. It also shows that the Bulamsan training course, which has not been documented before, has significant values for future conservation as a meaningful place in understanding the authenticity of the Taereung National Sports Center. |
