The purpose of this study is to propose the strategic factors and project implementation strategies for development. Three aspects of project problems(deficient information, financial insecurity and technological limitation) are drawn by analysis of the actual projects in Vietnam. This study proposed the development strategies for information, capital and technology. For the project implementation strategies, this study suggested industry-based peripheral urban development and urban core development surrounding the metropolis. The industry-based peripheral urban development start with industrial base and then develop surrounding area as an remote self-sufficient city. The urban core development surrounding the metropolis means the strategic development around the metropolis as an satellite city to absorb the development demands of urban sprawl. |
