요약2	The purpose of this paper is to present the regeneration courses for small scale and deteriorated industrial complexes in the provincial cities by analyzing the problems of the facilities and the management system of Usan industrial complex in Wonju City. The problems of Usan industrial complex are the insufficiency and deterioration of the infrastructures, the insufficiency of worker's convenience facilities, the lack adaptability for the change of industrial environment, the defect of the support system for the regeneration projects for industrial complexes and the weakness of the management functions for the industrial complexes. The regeneration courses of the industrial complexes are the incremental progress of the regeneration project, the local government initiated supplement of the public facilities, the legal supply for increasing the resettlement rate of the existing firms, the increase of the management and supply function of the industrial complexes management organizations and the formation of the cooperative organization which is including firms, universities, research institutes and public services.
