This study tried to make the preservation plan for sustainable preservation?restoration of Sunbimaeul, Deokbong-ri, Anseong-si, Gyeonggi-do through analyzing characteristics and prototype landscape of that site. Sunbimaeul is the village where the family of haejuoh have lived. There are various historic resources and traditions including ecological resources and human resources. In addition, there are many projects and enterprises to adorn a village for in-troducing the traditional culture and teachings of the Confucian. The purpose of the present investigation is to drew a master plan to make the best use of various prototype landscape which was dotted around village and manage it consistently. And in this paper, the literature search and the field survey, expert evaluating and the interview of local resents were used to deduct a valid master plan. In literature search, it was analyzed the previous studies related to this study and collected past picture, antique book, articles and so on to estimate prototype landscape of that site. In field survey, it was carried out to analyze the present condition and problems of prototype landscape on preservation. In addition, we could get more informations about village's landscape and landscape change progress through interviewing with local residents. The estimation of prototype's value was carried out to set up the appropriate preservation directions and preservation scope through selecting more valuable prototype landscape. Through these steps, the master plan of Sunbimaeul was deducted and it was divided into 3 type; preservation zone, restoration zone and utilization zone according to landscape components, scope, surroundings and so on. Consequentially there are growing concerns for preservation of traditional rural landscape in Korea and the approach method adopted in this study can be applied to other traditional villages. |
