센서 네트워크에 의해 실시간으로 수집되는 다양한 데이터는 현대 도시의 복잡한 물리적?사회적 현상을 분석함에 있어 필수적인 수단으로 자리매김하였다. 또한 최근에는 모바일 센서 기술과 결합된 스마트폰의 보편화와 소셜미디어서비스의 확산으로 소셜센서네트워크의 가능성이 주목 받고 있다. 본 논문은 일차적으로 소셜센서네트워킹을 이용한 기존 연구사례를 고찰하여 SSN의 기본적인 개념을 제시하고 SSN의 적용이 가능한 방법론을 도출한다. 이에 대한 도시설계에 적용가능성을 살펴보기 위해 설계스튜디오 디자인 프로젝트에 한정하여 소규모 테스트를 진행한다. 설계스튜디오의 디자인 프로세스에서 기존 설계조건과는 차별화된 USN 정보 및 SSN 정보를 제공하여 설계안에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 실험을 통해 확인한다. 이를 통해 도시계획 및 유지관리에 SSN의 활용성을 확인하고 향후 도시 설계에 적용 가능한 설계 방법론 제시를 목적으로 한다. 이러한 프로세스가 도시설계에 적용되면 스마트 녹색 도시 구축을 위한 사회적 요구 및 이슈에 대한 시민들의 의견을 확인하고 참여를 이끌어 낼 수 있는 환경을 구성할 수 있을 것이다. |

This paper aims to propose the use of the Social Sensor Network (SSN) to facilitate the cultivation of novel design ideas during the early design process of urban facilities. The basic assumption is that, by introducing the social sensor, the output of the design project could better reflect design ideas that could not be easily captured through the conventional design collaboration or typical sensor data. This paper, at first, investigates recent advances in the SSN research to identify the basic concepts, and practical applications of the SSN into the design process of urban facilities. An experimental design project was conducted to formulate the meaning of social sensor compared with existing design methods. A prototype of social sensor tool was proposed and a theoretical framework was proposed for the application of SSN in urban design. The research concludes that the proposed design process integrating social sensors will be of significant help in implementing smart green city when applied in massive scale with dedicated software tools and devices in the future. |
