공동주택단지가 도시의 주도적인 생활의 보금자리로 정착되어감에 따라 공동체 활성화가 거주민의 삶의 질을 제고시킬 수 있는 중요한 대상이 되었다. 커뮤니티에 활기를 부여하기 위해서는 적절한 시설과 활동이 제공됨으로써 안정된 생활문화를 형성할 수 있는 구체적인 계획방법이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 공동주택주민의 이용실태 조사와 함께, 현재 부대복리시설로 통합되어 있는 커뮤니티를 위한 물리적 시설과 외부공간의 기준을 검토하고 선호위치 및 기능별 조합에 의한 연계유형을 분류하였다. 연구의 결론은 공간기능을 편익시설과 외부환경공간으로 분류하고 공유공간을 주기능과 부기능으로 구분하여 주기능을 중심으로 한 5개의 유형으로 나누고, 이들을 선호위치와 결합하여 총 8가지의 공유시설 연계모델을 제시하였다. 이러한 공유시설의 연계유형은 기능과 위치를 연계시키는 방안을 제시함으로써 임의적이고 무계획적이며 비효율적이 되기 쉬운 단지계획에서 공동체 활성화를 제고시키는 역할을 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. |

This study aims to suggest the planning concept and the arrangement type of community facilities in apartment complexes to revitalize the community. This research classified the space functions into two groups(indoor community facilities and outdoor service spaces) in the first step. In the second step, the public spaces were classified into five types, based on their main functions (management office, community facilities, neighborhood shopping center, park and playground). In the final step, the findings from the second step and the survey of residents’ preferred locations in five public spaces were drawn together. Then, this study proposed eight types of the connectivity models. It is suggested that the connectivity models presented in the paper can revitalize the community activities in the modern multifamily housings. |
