요약2 This study is purposed for prior prevention on the negative accident due to the abrupt physical activity in winter and summer time by performing the exercise in the cold and hot environment which are manipulated artificially and verifying the relation of physical activity using the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) via looking into the changes in the blood vessel with PWV (Pulse Wave Velocity). The experimentees were divided for high strength action group and low strength action group. The conclusion of the study is as follows. Firstly, the low and high temperature showed the higher value than room temperature in case of maximum oxygen intake quantity and inhaling air quantity as a cardiorespiratory circulation function. Secondly, the high strength activity group showed low blood flowing rate than low strength activity group in pulse wave transmitting speed and low temperature showed higher blood flow rate than high temperature. Thirdly, the physical composition showed correlation in the fat variable factor and significant correlation was shown in cardiovascular function after exercise. Consequently, the result of this study shows that the person in consistent physical activity made positive influence on the prevention of risky factor in cardiovascular disease than the person in low strength physical activity.
