본 연구에서는 10년 이내에 노년층에 진입하게 될 50세 이상을 대상으로 현재 중·노년층이 거주하고 있는 주택의 실태와 만족도를 파악하여 평생주택의 개념에서 노인주택의 계획에 유용한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 구체적인 연구내용은 다음과 같다.
첫째, 중·노년층이 거주하고 있는 일반주택의 실태를 파악한다.
둘째, 중·노년층이 거주하고 있는 일반주택의 거주자 만족도를 파악한다.
셋째, 평생주택의 인지여부 및 현 주택에의 도입 요구를 파악한다. |

The aim of this research is to introduce the notion of ‘house for a lifetime-residence’ and generalize it so that the aged can live a safe and comfortable life without any obstacle for their lifetime. The research has been made by inquiring of 302 people over fifty who reside in the ordinary houses about the present condition of their houses, how much they are satisfied with their house and what they think about a house for a lifetime-residence. The result of this research can be summed up as follows: The house of the middle age and elderly were examined in terms of safety, comfort of movements, and facility in utilization and operation of each rooms. The aged residents' satisfaction with their houses turned out to be average. |
