과거의 연구를 종합하면, 나무나 콜크재로가 가장 ?은 쾌적온도범위를 가지는 것으로 평가되는데 각 재료의 두께에 따른 인체의 온열반응 변화에 대하여 조사외지는 못하였다. 우리나라에서는 최근에 온돌바닥의 마감재료가 종이장판이나 비닐장판에서 나무 훌로링으로 급격히 교체되고 있는 형편이다. 그러나 나무 마감의 두께가 종이처럼 얇은 경우에는 나무의 특성은 없어진다. 나무의 두께에 따른 인체의 온열반응에 대한 조사는 아직 이루어지지 않았기때문에 본 연구를 수행하게 되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 온돌바닥의 나무마감 두께에 따른 인체의 온열 생리반응을 조사하여 바닥마감설계에 이용할 수있는 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. |

This study aimed to investigate the thermo-physiological responses of healthy subjects who sit on the plywood covering of floor heating system, ONDOL. Environmental chambers were constructed for this study, wherein ambient temperature, and wall and ceiling surface temperature were controlled at 24oC, and relative humidity was at 50%. The temperature of supply water (tsw) flowing into the floor coil was altered from 15oC to 40oC at 5oC interval. The floor covering materials used in this experiment were mortar and 3 types of plywood with thickness of 2.7 mm, 7.5 mm, and 12 mm. The floor surface temperatures (tf) and the skin temperatures of 8 subjects were measured while they were sitting on the floor. Buttocks temperature was particularly monitored. This experiment yielded the following results: (1) The floor surface temperature (tf) was 17.0oC 35.2oC on mortar finishing and 19.1oC 30.2oC on 12 mm plywood covering. (2) The buttocks skin temperature increased at more than tsw 30oC on mortar finishing and 30oC, 25oC, and 20oC on 2.7 mm, 7.5 mm, and 12 mm plywood finishing, respectively (3) The differences of buttocks temperature between tsw 15oC and 40oC were 11.4oC on mortar, 7.9oC on 2.7 mm, 6.5oC on 7.5 mm, and 5.0oC on 12 mm plywood. (4) Using regression analysis, the neutral point temperature of buttocks was determined at 32.8oC. |
